As an institution, our collective focus this year remains firmly rooted in our guiding slogan:

In previous years, we introduced this slogan as a vision of who we aspire to be. While important steps were taken, we acknowledge that we did not always translate this vision fully into our daily practices. 2026 is the year where intention must become action. This is the year we deliberately and consistently live out the values, standards, and behaviours that define the college we want.
Building the college we want requires commitment from each one of us. It calls for professionalism, accountability, respect, teamwork, innovation, and a shared responsibility for excellence in teaching, learning, administration, and student support.
